1. The name of this story is Sticks and Stones at the UofA
2. The news angle of this story is about biracial couples and how others view them. The exhibit will show various types of photos of couples that are each of different race. 3.This story is important because in the world around us right now, race has been an ongoing conversation. 4. The information I need in order to tell this story efficiently is why the author chose to photograph on this subject, and how people react to it. 5. I have already contacted Amanda Pickett, University Programs Art Gallery Chair. 6. The visual components of this story will involve showing the reactions of the people viewing the gallery or maybe getting to show the actual photos themselves, all and all helping make this story interesting. 7. I found this story on the UA Newswire Headlines. 8. This exhibit is called Sticks and Stones Exhibit. The exhibit shows the other side of how biracial couples are looked at, whether it be negative or positive. The particular artist of this exhibit is named Donna Pinckley, Donna Pinckley focuses her photography in black and white. I plan to get an interview of Donna Pinckely and why she chose to photograph biracial couples. I also plan to attend the exhibit and interview other people who might have certain opinions about the photographs.

This week’s blog post took a lot of time and effort. I needed an interesting person with a story to tell. The most difficult part of this project was finding the right questions to ask Tyron. My favorite part of this weeks project was getting to film the actual act of him dJ’ing. It is amazing to see how much you can learn from a person just with asking a few of the right questions.
I learned that when you give yourself enough time to plan ahead, in the end all the stress and hours of hard work pay off. I hope you guys enjoy this week’s blog post and remember to leave any comments you might have down below.
This project was very difficult for me at first...well ... lets just say it took about 3 days to finish. I didn't want to just read the assignment finish and turn it in, I wanted my project to stand out so I spent hours studying iMovie and what tools to use for this weeks project. The most difficult part of this project was editing the sound, I didn't realize how hard it could to correctly match the sound the video. This project had a lot of editing in it but it definitely taught me the hard work it takes behind the scenes. Make sure to leave comments or suggestions down below!
